  1. Divide the noodles into 3 parts and boil 1st part in spinach water, 2nd part in carrot water and last part is normal water..
  2. Once noodles are fully cooked, separately drain out the excess water..
  3. Now heat a pan, add 1 tsp of oil then add in green noodles, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 pinch black pepper, green chilli sauce, mix them and saute for 3-4 mins.
  4. Now in another pan, add 1 tsp of oil then add in orange noodles, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 pinch black pepper, red chilli sauce, mix them and saute for 3-4 mins..
  5. Now in third pan, add 1 tsp of oil then add in boiled white noodles, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 pinch black pepper, mix them and saute for 3-4 mins..
  6. Once all noodles are cooked let them cool for 15 mins.
  7. Now take a ice tray, grease it and fill the tray with different coloured noodles, keep it in the fridge for 2 hrs and let the noodles set in cube shape..
  8. Meanwhile cut the onion, red and green bell into cubes..
  9. Once noodles are set, insert them into skewer with bell pepper and onion cubes in order as shown in image. Sprinkle chaat masala over skewers..
