Chicken Tikka step by step

  1. Wash chicken pieces very well..
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste..
  3. Add beaten yoghurt..
  4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt..
  5. Add kasoori methi, lemon juice, edible oil, food colour..
  6. Mix all the ingredients well..
  7. Add the onion cubes, green capsicum cubes, diced tomatoes and mix all the ingredients well..
  8. Cover the marinade with a lid and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours..
  9. Take a kabab stick and make a string of tomato, onion, green capsicum and chicken..
