  7. You need 1/2 of Bottle Gourd.
  8. You need 1/2 cup of Extra flour for dusting.

  1. Finely grate half a Bottle-Gourd/lauki..
  2. In a bowl add sorghum, flax and Soyabean flour, salt and grated lauki.
  3. Mix together well. Make a dough by adding little water at a time. As lauki gives out lot of moisture and the dough will become sticky..
  4. Divide into 8 equal balls..
  5. Using dry flour, make round discs out of the dough balls. Grease your palm with oil if required..
  6. Roast on both sides on a skillet..
